The Magnolia House is an elegant Victorian home built in 1903 by the Duerr Family. The grand architecture of an earlier age is marked by an array of ornately decorated interior and exterior architecture which includes: main and back staircases, a butler's pantry, window seat, stained glass, two porches, hardwood floors, and finely finished wood trim.
