All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
The Magnolia Room
Magnolia Room: The Magnolia Room is a large, exquisite room furnished with a comfortable
king size bed adorned with down comforters and down pillows. Several windows in
the bedroom allow for plenty of natural light and view of the Magnolia Tree. A full,
private bathroom that has a separate shower and bathtub is connected to the bedroom.
There is also a morning room attached to the Magnolia Room that is perfect for a
pri¬vate breakfast. The bedroom contains a 19 inch television, coffee maker, a mini
refrigerator, and a hand painted mural of a Magnolia tree.
The Chestnut Room
Chestnut Room: The Chestnut Room has a wonderful view of the scenic Maple Avenue
that runs along the Magnolia House. The room has two twin beds that has the option
to be pushed together to make a king size, and is adorned with down comforters and down
pillows. Several large windows permit natural light into the room along with a view
of the Chestnut Trees. A 19 inch television is located within the Chestnut bedroom
for guests to use. The bathroom for the Chestnut Room is located down the hallway
from the bedroom, but is private to the guests in the Chestnut & Holly Rooms.
The Holly Room
Holly Room: The smallest of the three bedrooms contains a full bed and a beautiful window seat
with a view of a large Holly tree and the captivating yard. The bed is adorned with
down comforters and down pillows. The bathroom for the Holly room is located in
the hallway near the grand staircase and is shared with the Chestnut Room.
